Prefer to order without a credit card?
You may absolutely place an order for Spirit Wear through Holy Family School's Dragon's Den using check or cash!
SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Print off the order form HERE.
2. Browse the online store for the items you would like to purchase.
3. Fill out the order form making sure to include:
a. Contact Information (name, phone, homeroom # / teacher's name for your child)
b. SKU # for each item you are purchasing
c. Description / Item name for each item you are purchasing
d. Color for each item (if multiple colors are available)
e. Size required for each item (if applicable)
f. Quantity for each item (Please make sure if you are ordering different sizes of the same item to place the correct quantity with each size.)
g. Amount per item (Please be aware of any up-charge due to selecting extended sizes. These are shown on the website when you click to select your size in the drop down box for each item.)
h. Grand total for your order.
4. Write out your check or include exact cash amount in an envelope with your order form (HFS Office cannot provide change for Spirit Wear sales).
5. Mark outside of envelope with " ATTN: Chelsea Kusky "
6. Drop it off at the Holy Family School Front Office
PLEASE NOTE: Our fall sale has ended. All new orders purchased after September 20, 2019 at 11:59pm EST, will be placed with our printing vendor on the 3rd Tuesday of every month starting in November. We estimate any shirt orders to arrive within 6 weeks after. Any in stock items (i.e. hats, mugs, etc) will be available within 1 week from your purchase date. The last order for the 2019/2020 school year will be placed on April 21, 2020. Thank you!
